Also keep in mind that for OOAK and personalized items I'll ask for full prepayment and it's non-refundable. But if it's not OOAK or personalized item and I could sell them to other buyers - then no prepayment is required. When I'll embroider, will send a link to the photos of the finished item with descriptions and if you like it - you can buy. If not - no problem, another buyer will buy it.
